我是来自外国语学部xx，现任外联部干事，我竞选的是英语俱乐部副会长一职。
英语俱乐部是由英语爱好者组成的一支为提高英语水平的强有力的团队，能提升俱乐部会员英语水平，发扬俱乐部实质精神，起很大的作用，在同学中间也有不小的反响。
本人对副会长工作的兴趣爱好浓厚，相信成为副会长后更能发挥自已的特长，在本人的领导下，协同会长做好学院对内对外工作，第一时间了解上级指示，掌握社团动态、学院工作、校内活动内容及具体安排并通过社团合作、联系领导等方式服务于广大会员。
水本无波，相荡而起涟猗，石本无华，相撞而起火花。融入到英语俱乐部这个团体中，除了能以自身所长为同学们服务，还能够在工作实践中吸取、借鉴和学习他人长处，不断提高自身素质，培养良好的人际关系。
英语俱乐部作为院内最重要的社团之一，是学院对外交流与合作的窗口，本着服务学院和同学的宗旨，在老师与同学之间、同学与英语之间，起着一种桥梁纽带的作用。
假如我能当上副会长，我将遵守有关社团的章程，履行社团干部的相关义务，积极参加社团组织的活动，并将进一步加强自身修养，努力提高和完善自身的素质，时时要求自己"待人正直、公正办事"；要求自己"严于律己、宽以待人"；如果我不能当上，我也决不气馁，一定好好努力，争取有更好的表现！

I read from the school notice board this morning that you are seaching for a high school year two student to form an English Corner for students in our school. I think it is a great idea and I want to volunteer for the job.
I am Li Hua from class 2A and I am the class monitor. English is one of my favourite subjects. I won the English composition competition last year and I am also in the English debate team this year. Being the class monitor, I have helped our form teacher to organize many class activities. With my passion and experience, I think I am the one that you are looking for the task.
This is my primitive plan:
1. Search for a suitable place in school for the English Corner and seek approval from school principal.
2. Plan the activities to be held at the English Corner this year.
3. Form special team to gather information and set up the English Corner.
I hope to discuss and improve the plan with you if I am selected.
